USER EXPERIENCE AND VISUAL INTERFACE DESIGN
We designed the user experience and the interface design for the mobile app from the ground up.
VibeZ aims to be an indispensable companion for individuals who are actively working on cultivating a growth mindset and emotional resilience. At its core, VibeZ is about empowering users to harness their emotions as tools for transformation, to reframe setbacks as growth opportunities, and to strengthen their connection to a purpose-driven life. By combining powerful AI-driven tools with personalized wellness guidance, VibeZ supports users in developing practical skills for self-reflection, positivity, and mindful connection to self and others.

What was the need or problem?
Stakeholders noticed from firsthand experience that people struggle to shift their mindset on a daily basis.
VibeZ saw a need to aid people in their spiritual practices of elevating their mindsets through designing a mobile app that utilizes AI.
VibeZ saw a need to use AI to help give individualized mindshift guidance.
VibeZ saw a need to make it easy to track progress of manifestations.
VibeZ saw a need to create a community to help support growth and progress.
VibeZ saw a need for a way to calm the mind and shift a person’s mood.

Get individualized mindshift guidance.
AI Mindshift Guide
Reframe negative thoughts and create space between what you feel and how you respond by indicating the negative emotion you are feeling and selecting the positive emotion you would like to feel. Then an AI powered personalized guide will help you shift toward a more positive, empowered mindset.
Manifesting Magnet
Set intentions with goals and ‘I Am’ statements, and track manifesting moments to track daily progress.
Bianural Beats
Elevate your mood through personalized binaural beats designed to lift your energy and brighten your day.
Community Support
Connect with like-minded people who share your intentions, interests, and goals. Build meaningful relationships and support each other on your journey of growth and transformation. Ability to search groups and/or intentions to follow or join.
Experience Design
First, we mapped out the signup and wellness assessment experience.
Next, we mapped out the experience of the MindShift™ experience.
Next, we mapped out the experience for the Manifesting Magnet tool.
Next, we mapped out the experience for the Binaural Beats.
Next, we mapped out the experience for the Community Feature (aka VibeZ Tribe).
Next, we wireframed the dashboard experience to reflect all of the different features and to showcase daily progress and biometrics.
Proposed solutions to the problem
Mark, a 43 year old, recently went through a breakup and is feeling sad and depressed. He uses the MindShift feature to help shift his mood and perspective with the guidance of a AI Spiritual Guide.
Sophie, a 32 year old, set daily intentions with the Manifesting Magnet feature to help shape the vision of the types of healthy relationships she wants to attract, and to allow her energy to match her intentions.
Anne, a 51 year old, listens to Binaural Beats to help calm her anxiety and stress while she is at work.
How did it turn out?
Users can more easily find in-the-moment help for shifting moods and emotions, and for manifesting intentions, and finding community support.
Having it more clearly broken out into separate features make it easier to navigate the options, and also to participate in communities to support one another.

How did it do?
The mobile app design proved to be a useful and desired user experience.
The redesign led to obtaining funding from investors to be able to develop the app and make it available for users.
A quality prototype that VibeZ followers love and are excited about which now can be given to a programmer to bring it to life.
It's been so fun bringing this project to life. Looking forward to continuing to work together for the next phases of VibeZ

Easy and accessible features to track progress and/or instantly calm the mind are essential to visualize progress, as well as view prior usage history.

Successful obtained funding to develop the app and make it available for consumers.
Easier for users to use with the easy tools. They were no longer lost in the process.
